Policies

It's never fun to have to have rules, but we do have to have a few. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Store Rules:

  1. Be respectful of the other people in the shop.
  2. Mind your space. Other people may want to join the seating and table areas as well.
  3. No open speakers (wear earphones if you wish to listen to your music or see if the staff is willing to change the music to something you are in the mood for.)
  4. Please keep phone conversations private (no speaker phones), please.
  5. Food is permitted, but please clean up after yourself and wash your hands before touching the merchandise.
  6. No glitter. If you’ve ever spilled a four-ounce jar of rainbow glitter, you will understand.
  7. Keep conversations to a joyful dull roar, keeping in mind classes that may be going on.
  8. Service animals are always welcome. While we would love to meet your fur babies, due to the nature of our product, we ask that you keep your pets at home.

Returns and exchanges:

Yarn and fiber will be accepted for return for store credit only within thirty days of purchase. Yarn must be in its original (unwound) condition, with the tags and ball bands attached, and be free of any damage or odors. Needles and hooks may be exchanged within ten days of original purchase and must be in their original packaging.

Class cancellation policy:

Classes may be cancelled for store credit. Classes canceled within 7 days of the class will receive 100% store credit. Classes canceled within 72 hours will recieve 50% store credit. Classes cancelled within 24 hours will receive 30% store credit. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded as a courtesy to our instructors. If a class needs to be rescheduled, students will be notified via e-mail or phone as soon as possible.
