Refund policy

Yarn and fiber will be accepted for exchange or return for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Yarn must be in its original (unwound) condition, with the tags and ball bands attached, and be free of any damage or odors. Needles and hooks may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 7 days of original purchase and must be in their original and unopened packaging.
